Gourmandise du Gué d'Orger Blanc

A soft dry white wine, 100% Chenin. Terroirs of the Anjou Noir.

After a direct pressing without racking, and a settling, the must is put in vats, where the fermentations take place naturally, without exogenous yeasts, nor any input except a little volcanic sulphur.

Aged on fine lees for 6 months.

Gourmandise du Gué d'Orger Rouge

Gamay/Grolleau on the fruit. Terroirs of the Anjou Noir.

Whole bunch maceration for the Gamay for 10 days. The Grolleau is destemmed and macerates for 6 days. Fermentations take place naturally, without exogenous yeasts. No inputs are used except for a little volcanic sulphur before bottling.

Echappée Belle Blanc

Chenin de Loire/ Pinot gris Alsacien. Sandstone schists and clay-limestone soils.

April 26, 2017: a bitter cold decimates almost all the inflorescences in my vineyard, giving me the "opportunity" to escape to the South of the Loire, and even further, to my friend Philippe Brand in Alsace.

The grapes are harvested by hand, by sorting, pressed directly in a pneumatic press, and vinified naturally without any exogenous yeast or any other input except a little volcanic sulphur.

Echappée Belle Rouge

Cabernet Franc from the Loire/ Merlot and Malbec from Bordeaux. Schist and clay-limestone soils.

April 26, 2017: a bitter cold decimates almost all the inflorescences in my vineyard, giving me the "opportunity" to escape to the South of the Loire, and even further, to my Bordeaux friends Christine and Bruno DUHAMEL.

The grapes are partially destemmed, put in maceration for 4 to 6 days without punching down, then decanted, and slowly pressed in a pneumatic press. They are vinified naturally without exogenous yeasts or any other input except for a little volcanic sulphur.
